Caltrans asking folks to slow down and you may see signs all over on freeways as a reminder. Here are just a few projects underway:

These closures may be until 6am on I-5 again this week

Interstate 5 (Sacramento County) at various locations from the San Joaquin County / Sacramento County Line to Florin Road: Motorists can expect north and southbound lane restrictions and traffic control from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday (7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday). A contractor is scheduled for paving operations, median and shoulder work behind K-rail and slab replacement.

Interstate 5 (Sacramento County) at various locations from Florin Road to U.S. Highway 50 Connector: Motorists can expect north and southbound lane and ramp closures from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday through Thursday (11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Friday) (8 p.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday) (6 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday). A contractor is scheduled for saw cutting and slab replacement.

Interstate 5 (Sacramento County) at Richards Boulevard: Motorists can expect northbound ramp closures from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Thursday and Friday. A contractor is scheduled for K-rail installation.
